2. Use of the Service
Round Off is a competition schedule viewing platform for cheerleading and dance events. You agree to use the service only for its intended purpose and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or interfere with its operation.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Round Off reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Event Data
Schedule data published on Round Off is provided by event producers. Round Off does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of schedule information and is not responsible for changes made by event producers after publication.
5. Intellectual Property
The Round Off name, logo, and application design are proprietary. Schedule data uploaded by event producers remains the property of the respective event producer.
6. Limitation of Liability
Round Off is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including missed performance times due to inaccurate schedule data.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Round Off after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
