When you view an event schedule, we collect limited anonymous device information — including your timezone, device type, browser, and the first three octets of your IP address — to help event producers understand attendance. We do not store full IP addresses.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your account information is used solely to provide access to Round Off features. Anonymous check-in data is shared with event producers in aggregate form to help them understand event attendance. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Cookies
We use cookies to maintain your login session and to remember which events you've checked into. A device identifier cookie is set to associate anonymous reactions and schedule preferences with your device. This cookie does not identify you personally and expires after one year.
4. Data Retention
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Anonymous check-in records may be retained for analytics purposes.
